1. The service
Safora is an educational personal cash-flow tool. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner and it does not provide personalized tax, legal, or investment advice. Numbers you see are projections based on data you enter.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be 16 or older.
3. Subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, or abusive use. Don't upload data you don't own or that infringes rights.
5. Warranties & liability
Safora is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by us.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may delete your account and data in Settings.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Custom AI Systems is established. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
