Safora AI ("Safora", "we", "us") is a product of Custom AI Systems. This Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email, name, avatar you upload, provider identifiers for Google/Apple sign-in.
- Financial data you enter: account balances, paychecks, bills, subscriptions, goals, transactions. Manual entry only — Safora does not connect to banks.
- Usage data: crash logs, feature interactions, aggregated performance metrics.
- Payment metadata: subscription status and identifiers from Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
2. How we use it
To run the Safora app, compute your forecast, deliver the AI Copilot answers you request, process subscriptions, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data. We do not serve ads.
3. AI Copilot
When you use the Copilot, your relevant financial snapshot is sent to our AI provider under a zero-retention contract solely to produce your reply. Conversations are stored in your account so you can revisit them; you can clear history any time.
4. Security
Row-level security on every table. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production is restricted and audited.
5. Your rights
You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Contact privacy@customaisystems.com for requests under GDPR / CCPA.
6. Children
Safora is not intended for users under 16.
7. Changes
We'll notify you in-app before material changes take effect.
